Directions to RE/MAX Realty Group

RE/MAX Realty Group is located in a large silver building just north of the intersection between N. Frederick Avenue and Montgomery Village Avenue in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Directions from the North, South and East

• Take the Capital Beltway (I-495), to I-270 headed toward Rockville and Frederick. (I-495 is accessible from I-95 headed North or South toward Washington, D.C., as well as Route 50 from Annapolis.)
• Watch for signs that indicate Exit 11, Montgomery Village Avenue, is approaching. Be sure to move from the express lanes to the local lanes as the exit approaches.
• Exit I-270 at Exit 11, Montgomery Village Avenue.
• Get in the left lane on the exit ramp and proceed through the light at the end of the ramp.
• Proceed straight through the next light at MD 355.
• Move to the left quickly - at the next light you want to be in the left lane.
• You will see the RE/MAX sign on the large, silver building to your left.
• Turn left at the light onto Russell Avenue.
• Turn left at the first driveway and park anywhere in the lot. (If the lot is crowded, there are reserved Visitor spots for RE/MAX on the South side of the building.)

Directions from the West

• Take I-70 or I-68 to I-270 headed toward Rockville and Washington, D.C.
• Watch for signs that indicate Exit 11, Montgomery Village Avenue, is approaching.
• Exit I-270 at Exit 11, Montgomery Village Avenue.
• Turn Left at the light at the end of the exit ramp and proceed under I-270 to MD 355.
• Proceed straight through the next light at MD 355.
• Move to the left quickly - at the next light you want to be in the left lane.
• You will see the RE/MAX sign on the large, silver building to your left.
• Turn left at the light onto Russell Avenue.
